• Lifelink is a nonprofit, faith-based, human services organization that has provided housing solutions for more than a century.  We are experts in the areas of affordable housing construction, government regulations and property management.  In addition, we can assist you with our consulting services.

• Lifelink’s affordable housing program is focused on facilities for the elderly and individuals with physical challenges or special needs.  

• Lifelink has a decades-long track record of working with partners to meet affordable housing goals of creating safe and nurturing environments for our residents.

• Lifelink’s service portfolio ranges from mission development to strategic planning to property management to revitalizing distressed properties.  Our solutions are crafted to meet your needs.

• The senior leadership team at Lifelink has 30 years of experience in rental sections, rental management, owner-manager relations and personal management operations.  Lifelink’s expertise also includes cash and fiscal management, annual audits and compliance management, such as writing 504 Transition plans.

• Lifelink currently owns, operates, and provides consulting assistance to 35 affordable housing facilities located in Florida, Illinois and Missouri.

• More than 1,900 elderly and physically-challenged individuals between the ages of 18-100 live at Lifelink’s 1,800 residential units throughout the country. 

• The American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and Ziegler 2007 Capital Market Study ranked Lifelink as the 14^th largest nonprofit provider of subsidized housing in the United States.

• Recent capital improvement projects totaling $14 million to 12 Lifelink facilities have resulted in upgrades and energy-efficiency advancements.  The improvements have led to energy savings, lower utility bills and continued enhancement of living conditions for Lifelink’s residents.  Our emphasis is on making our communities “green.”

• The occupancy average at all Lifelink facilities is more than 97%, including four facilities that are at 100% occupancy.  Lifelink’s Tenant Rental Assistance Certification compliance average is 99.5% and all facilities have Management and Occupancy Review scores of “Satisfactory” or higher.
