Lifelink Home Care Services is an in-home care program that assist individuals and families.  Our staff is dedicated to helping individuals lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs, and selectively placing home care professionals to meet those needs.  Our services are provided consistent with being a not-for-profit faith based organization.  With that, we place special emphasis on matching the right specific individual providing services with the individual needing assistance.
