Individual Services and Caregiving Services

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES:

These services are generally provided on an occasional basis and are arranged through a Lifelink home care staff member.  Services in this category include:

  • Bath Service
  • Laundry Service (wash and dry)
  • Morning Care (e.g. dressing and/or grooming assistance)
  • Companionship (hourly assistance through a visiting caregiver)
  • Wellness Check (e.g. blood pressure check)
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Medication Reminder
  • Transportation / Escort

CAREGIVING SERVICES:

Services described below are provided by a caregiver that remains in the home for an extended amount of time:

  • Hourly Caregiver (provided assistance as needed including those services mentioned above under individual services)
  • Live-In Caregiver (for those individuals needing more extensive care, caregivers are available to provide 24 hour / 7 days a week service)
